Ring ROY (real name: Tamakiryou, 1981 November 13 ) is Japanese rapper and musician born in Sendai City, Miyagi prefecture. While studying at junior high school, he was influenced by BUDDHA BRAND on radio broadcasts. Starting his work as a rapper since around 2003, the first album "Boys Monster" was released in November 2006.
He appeared in Big Mountain Music Festival, Thailand's largest music festival in July 2013. MV of "Wonderful" won the Jury Recommendation Award at "17th Cultural Agency Media Arts Festival".
Ring ROY mainly produces rap music. In addition, he produces film music and advertising music in a variety of formats. So far, he has released 5 CD albums including the latest work "Nagi" and will appear at various music festivals both in Japan and abroad.
