Kanako Abe (Abe Kanako, female, March 23, 1973) is a Japanese conductor living in France.
Born in Osaka City, she began to learn piano from his mother at the age of two. After studying at Soai Music School, Tokyo College of Music, Music High School, and Tokyo College of Music, she entered the National Conservatory of Paris. Seven classes (harmonious, counterpoint, fugue, orchestra, music analysis Complete instrumental accompaniment and conduct). So far, she studied composition with Masayuki Nagahama, piano accompaniment with Jean Kerner, orchestra with Mark-Andre D'Albavi, music analysis with Michael Levinas, conduct with Fuerst Janosh, Naj Jort, Eotvos Peter and others doing.

In October 2010, she was the deputy director of the world premiere of Mark-Andre Dalbavi's opera Gesualdo at the Zurich Opera House. In 2014, she served as the deputy conductor of Fabio Luigi for the performance of Alfredo Casella's opera "The Snake".

To date, as a conductor and pianist, five CDs including Toru Takemitsu's piano works have been released. Radio recordings are also regularly performed in Radio France, etc., and the radio opera Halloween's Night recorded in 2012 won the Italian Award.
