Tetsuro Hanai (No Taterou, February 27, 1960) is a Japanese conductor and keyboard player. Director of Fonsu Floris Kogakuin, part-time lecturer at National Music University.

He is from Tokyo. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Philosophy. Studied organ and harpsichord at the Amsterdam Swalingink Conservatory. Obtains a choir and orchestral diploma at the Rotterdam Conservatory. In addition, he studied the early vocal music ensemble at Rebecca Stewart at Brabant Conservatory. He has been working as a church musician, choir conductor, and keyboard player in a non-European central church, participating in the Dutch classical music ensemble "Super Librum" and performing and recording as an organist throughout Europe. He is also engaged in research and performance activities of Gregorian chant.

Founded a vocal ensemble capella in Tokyo in 1997, and has continued to play religious works of the Renaissance era. In 2005 he founded the Kokura Ensemble Ensemble Contrapento. In addition to teaching ensembles with a repertoire of classical music, choirs, orchestras, etc., he will teach various training sessions and courses, and perform and promote religious music of Gregorian chant and Renaissance baroque.
