Emi Tawada (June 26, 1984) is a Japanese singer. Born in Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture. After graduating from Okinawa Prefectural Urasoe Commercial High School, she joined a street jazz band in Vancouver, Canada, where she visited to study abroad in 2003 and became interested in music. After returning to Japan, she started live activities mainly in Okinawa Prefecture in 2006.

In April 2007, she participated in the audition event SCHOOL OF SCHOOL co-sponsored by MSN Music and EMI Artists. Won the NYLON Award, a special jury award, and got the chance to debut. On May 16th, the single Negai No Sora will be released with a limited release in Okinawa, recording 2,000 copies per month. Contracted with Amuse in August and made a major debut as the first artist of the newly established label AZEAL. In preparation for her debut in November, she formed Emi Tawada & The Soul Infinity and participated in several compilation albums.

On April 23, 2008, she made her major debut with the mini album “∞infinity∞”. On July 23, the second work LOVE & amp; PEACE will be announced. In October, Covered Dog to the World by Three Dog Night as a commercial song for Suzuki Splash.

On November 4, 2009, the first full album "SINGS" was released.

On March 24, 2010, 3rd single Lovely day produced by Tetsuya Murakami of Gospellers was released.

On September 26, 2012, the mini album "Sing you" was released for the first time in about two years.

In 2016, he began writing and writing music to provide music, and is active as a singer / songwriter / vocal producer.
