Seiji Takagi is a singer, songwriter born in 1979. He come from Kagawa prefecture.
Until 2010 he was the vocalist and guitarist of Hippogriff's band, paticipated in large outdoor festival such as RUSHBALL, MINAMI WHEEL. Currently he is a free artist who has various careers including vocal lecturers and stage singing teacher.
As a songwriter, he is the leader of the music production team "Dr.Dalmatian".
