The original songs "Obataara" and "Mi Tierra Natal" also won first place in Los Angeles and Puerto Rico's FM hit chart, and arrangements are also published abroad as works representing Latin jazz.
In his own activities, the Latin jazz band "Obataara Segundo", Duo "Shoza" with Shihiro Ito, other jazz combos and big bands, brass bands and so on.
So far, he co-starred with many overseas and domestic artists: Santana, Chicago, Tito Puente, Toots Seal Mance, Bob Minzer, Ritchie Call, Pakito Delivera, Arturo Sandval, Dave Valentin, Dave Samuels, Sliding Hamaz and Jimmy Bosch etc.
