Shinya Kiyozuka was born on November 13, 1982 from Tokyo. He began the classical piano from the age of 5, studied under Sergei Drensky. He graduated with a chief school music school (collaboration) at Toho Girls High School.
In 1996, he was ranked No. 1 in the All Japan Student Music Competition National Championship Middle School. In 2000, he won first prize in Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA. In 2004, he got 1st Italian Piano Concorso Gold Award. In 2005, he continued win no.1 in Chopin Piano Competition ranked by the Japan Chopin Association. He won numerous awards at domestic and international competitions.
He appeared in the popular drama 'Nodame Cantabile' 'Hiroki Tamaki plays' Chiaki Shinichi', in the movie 'Shinchi', he is in charge of dubbing 'Wow' playing Mr. Kenichi Matsuyama, taking the spotlight.
