Tetsutaro Shimizu (Shimizu Tutatsuro, February 1, 1948 -) is a Japanese ballet dancer and choreographer. Matsuyama ballet team general representative.
Born as Matsuyama Yuko and Masao Shimizu's eldest son of the Matsuyama ballet group. His wife is Japan Prima ballerina Yoko Morishita.
Graduation from Murasaka High School. In 1966 he studied abroad in Beijing and made his debut with Matsuyama ballet group performance in 1968. Beginning in 1974, he received a bronze prize at the Varna International Ballet Competition and has received numerous awards.
Currently, he continues to be active as a male dance performer representing the Matsuyama ballet group. In addition, he also handles ballet choreography and directing, and the work is diverse.
