The Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival (OMF), formerly known as Saito Kinen Festival (Saito Kinen Festival, SKF, Saito Kinen) is held in August every year since 1992 and in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture in September Music festival. It was renamed to "Sage Ozawa Matsumoto Festival" from 2015.
Ozawa Seiji conducts only Tchaikovsky's string serenade 1st movement, at the beginning of the orchestra performance.
Major venues include Matsumoto Citizen Art Center, opened in 2004, Matsumoto Cultural Center in Nagano Prefecture, etc. The program includes a wide range of orchestras, opera, chamber music. Toru Takemitsu Memorial Concert in 2010 was a concert of film music (mainly jazz) composed by Takemitsu. From this year onwards, jazz programs also came to be formed.
