Teraka Kuutaka is a Japanese conductor in Osaka Symphony Orchestra. He graduated from Waseda University's first literature department and after studying at Toho Gakuen University, he entered the Vienna State College of Music in the Department of Conductor and started conducting his studies with Mr. Takahashi Masamitsu, Carl · Esther Reicha, Wroche Rayovic and Yuasa Yuji.
In 2000 he won the Mitropoulos International Conductor Competition. This Venice La Fenice Opera Orchestra before, St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, he was also a guest conductor to the European countries of the orchestra in the center of Italy. In Japan, he debuted in 2001 with the Osaka Symphony Orchestra (formerly Osaka Symphony Car Symphony Orchestra). So far, he has been leading in the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, the Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra, the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra, etc,.
