Naoko Sato is a Japanese multi-percussionist through various kind of music genres such as: classical, contemporary Japanese music, jazz, ethnic music, pops, chanson, etc,. She often participated in supporting for other artist's live shows and recording, stage music, movie music, drama, CM, game music and so on.
After Graduating from Toho Gakuen University Music College, she began self-taught Latin and ethnic percussion instruments, and served many session hosts of the Tokyo jazz live house. In 2003, she performed with "GONDWANA" (the 2nd Jazz & Blues Award Berlin victory Band) in Berlin, Germany. Studied Japanese music percussion instruments with Mr. Keiko Nishikawa. She attended Orchestra Asia, a traditional instrument of Japan, China and Korea for several years and participated in domestic and international performances.
