Hikyuki Oki graduated from Yokohama Hiranuma Senior High School in Kanagawa Prefecture and Tokyo Gakugei University. She got the victory at 13th High Level Cultural Federation Solo Contest. She was received the 56th Rentaro Takita Memorial All Japan High School Vocal Competition Excellence Award.
In 2008, Oki graduated from Italian National Florentine Luigi Kerbyni Conservatory School of Music School. During her studies, she was recommended by the Florentine Opera Foundation and completed the contemporary music master class "Mito-Contest" .
She performed as a soloist in the performance "Crash-Tròades" (Troy) as well as performed at theaters and summer outdoor festival in Tuscany which gained high reputation. Currently living in Sweden. She works as a freelance soprano singer.
