Jordi Savall i Bernadet (August 1, 1941) is a Spanish viola da gamba player and conductor.
He was born in Barcelona department Iguarada in Catalonia region. Although the name Jordi is sometimes written as "Holdy" according to Spanish-style reading, it is closer to the original pronunciation to say "Jordi" by Catalunya in his native place. Savart of the surname is similarly similar to "Sabai". Learn Viola da Gamba in Basel · Schola · Cantorum.

In 1974 he established Esperion XX (now Esperion XXI) using original musical instruments. In 1987 he launched a singer's voice ensemble La Capeira Reial, in 1989 he founded Conceal de Nation. Although he is good at Renaissance and baroque works, he also plays music of the 19th century in recent years. He is responsible for music by Alan Cornor's "Meguri Ayaku Morning" (1991) and is also known for being highly evaluated by soundtrack.
