Kiyomi Kobayashi is a Japanese singer-songwriter and music producer, born in Yamanashi, Yamanashi Prefecture.
In 1994, she debuted from Nippon Columbia at the age of 19 and performed as a singer-songwriter with animation songs. She also offered songs to other artists and started music classroom teaching dance, singing and piano.
In 2012, she selected some of her students and produced an idol group "Peach sugar snow".
