The CCN - Ballet de Lorraine is a space for discovering choreographic art. The development of the choreographic culture project is the result of a continuous policy of variety of the dance put in practice in Lorraine and beyond for several years.

Directed since July 2011 by Petter Jacobsson, the Center Choregraphique National - Ballet de Lorraine is dedicated to contemporary choreographic writing since it was awarded the CCN label in 1999.
It is thought of as the place of all possibilities in terms of research, experimentation and artistic creation. It is a platform open to different disciplines, a meeting place for the many visions of today's dance. The CCN - Ballet de Lorraine, and its 26 dancers, form one of the most important contemporary choreographic companies of creation and repertory of Europe, are presenting remarkable works of choreographers.
So many questions dear to Petter Jacobsson, which are constantly renewed and which cross the choreographic art in everyday life. In this reflection, he is accompanied by Thomas Caley, research coordinator at the company.
