Hiroaki Fukada was born on October 13th, 1967, in Oita Prefecture.

He set up public benefit foundation corporation Umewaka Kenkai Kaiikai Executive Board as well as standing member of Tokyo Branch of the Noh Music Association, advisor of Shonan Hiratsuka Nomadic Executive Committee, executive committee member of Yokohama Noshiki. Representative of the review committee of "Sanada" and "Fushiki Soga", representative of the review committee for "parents".

He was certified as a Nobushiki educational ambassador in July Heisei 20.
