Toyotake Lu Fujio Oka is a Japanese enka music artist, born in Tokyo in 1965. He received the Japan Traditional Culture Promotion Foundation Award in 2013.
He was considered as the refreshing voice creating a fresh entertainment and drawn big attraction. He also has great expectations to regard as a great boss who plays bunraku of the next generation by exerting its power on new works.
