Hiroaki Matsuno is a violinist born in Kofu city, Yamanashi prefecture. He has participated in overseas tours to the US and Canada. At junior high school 3rd year, he won No.1 at the All Japan Student Music Competition Junior High School.
He was as the youngest member on the European tour of Saito Kinen Orchestra in 1997. He is active as a concert master and soloist at the New England Chamber Orchestra while studying abroad.
After returning to the country, he co-stared with domestic major orchestras as well as European orchestras such as British room ducts. In addition, he received a lot of trust from many conductors and orchestras, and has been invited to many orchestras as a guest concertmaster. After the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra Visiting Concert Master, he is currently the solo concert master of the Kyoto Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra.
He was remarkably active in solo recitals and chamber music concerts. He has worked with numerous artists such as Isaac Stern, Alexander Schneider and other 20th century artists so far.
