THE PRACTICE is a Japan Punk Rock band with four members include Yamadirt (Vo + Gt) ,Gentarow (Gt + Cho) ,Martin (Dr + Cho) ,Toshihell (Ba + Cho). They were formed in 2002, They have performed numerous domestic and international famous artists while releasing four 7 inch and mini albums. After several member changes. On August 21 this year, we are planning to release a long-awaited 1st full album .
