Troll8 is an alternative rock band based in the Kanto region. They have transformed their style into a whole new sound by unabashedly absorbing a wide range of genres. A combination of incredible compositional genius, melodies unique in Japan, overwhelmingly intense and thrilling live performances, and a piercing message make them a must listen band.

Troll8 was founded in 2010 by Troll8 frontman and vocal Kaoru, Soul-D! guitarist Hidetaka, and Bass guitarist Koichi. In 2011, drummer Michio officially joins the group.

On February 2012, they held first US tour with Gnosis. A second US tour is planned for September 2012. On August of the same year, they release their first single Your Name is My Name. After a release party at K's Dream Inage, they leave for their first Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka tour. On October 2012, they appeared at Shibuya O-WEST.

From 2013 up to now, the band is preparing for new movements, planning tours in Asia, Europe, and the States.
