Hayase Masato (Hayasay Masato, 1965 -) is a Japanese cartoonist, illustrator, novelist. Ishimori Pro belongs.
Born from Nagoya city, Aichi Prefecture. Nagoya University of Arts graduated from the design department. In 1989 he joined Ishimori Production as Assistant Painting Shintaro Ishinomori. He became an assistant of the last year of Ishinomori.
After the death of Ishinomori, he supervises and designs Ishinomori related works, and writes novel works. In the Heisei Kamen Rider series from "Masked Rider Agito" to "Masked Rider Oz / OOO" he served as a character design.
