Quarta 330 is the Japanese artist belonging to a UK-based record label, Hyperdub, founded by the one of dubstep pioneers, Kode9. He entered in the limelight when he released his 12-inch single vinyl from Hyperdub and a remix work for Flying Lotus (WARP).
In the meantime, his music is also compiled by famous music labels and artists such as Thom Yorke (RADIOHEAD), Mouse On Mars, Ministry of Sound. Among the Japanese artists, he has had remarkable achievements at a furious speed.
Quarta 330 originally started his career as a Chip Tune artist. As a matter of fact, he integrated Chip Tune in current dance tunes when he performed at the Sonar Sound Tokyo 2011. However, he has branched out his curiosity in music and has started interpreting/ recomposing sounds. At last, he developed a new style called, "Pixelated Dub (Nagagutsu)". Now, he is introducing us this new form of sound through his songs and performances.
