Noboru Uesugi (real name: Noboru Suzuki, born on May 24, 1972) is a Japanese musician, vocalist, singer-songwriter, lyricist. He was born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.

When he was in junior high school, he decided to go to the music path by watching the video of GUNS N 'ROSES. He formed a band when he was a high school student and performed live activities in Machida City and Yokohama City as a band vocal. However, the band dismissed after acting for a short time. After that he went to the lesson and applied for recruitment of members of the magazine. In Japanese music, he was a member of LOUDNESS, then he started going to the Being music school.

In BEING Music Promotion Organization, he became a top in the audition, stopped in the eyes of organizer's music producer Nagato Nagato, organized Koji Oshima with arranger / composer and Hiroshi Shibasaki from the audition sponsored by the Promotion Association, and formed WANDS. From 1991 to 1996, he belonged to Being as WANDS vocal, released 11 singles and 4 original albums.

In 1995,he became to express his own musicality of rock, grunge and alternative as direct. As a result, a discrepancy began to occur with the company desiring the WANDS digital pop line, the group activity ceased in 1996, and in the beginning of 1997, with Waseda Shibasaki, WANDS was withdrawn.

In November 1997, he formed a unit al.ni.co with Hiroshi Shibasaki. In March 1998, he made his debut with the single "TOY $!" And released three single albums and one full album.
