Noboru Uesugi (real name: Noboru Suzuki, born on May 24, 1972) is a Japanese musician, vocalist, singer-songwriter, lyricist. He was born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. In November 1997, he formed a unit al.ni.co with Hiroshi Shibasaki. In March 1998, he made his debut with the single "TOY $!" And released three single albums and one full album.
