Seiko Shinkuma (Seiji nipples, October 8, 1980 -) is a Japanese actress and singer. She graduated from the Department of International Relations Law School of Sophia University. After graduating from Bangkok's International School, she enrolled in the Department of International Relations Law, Sophia University Faculty of Law.
