Ishizaka was born in 1995 in Tama city, Tokyo. He started playing the piano from Suganami Instrument Yamaha Music School at the age of 4.
In the 23rd Japan Classical Music Competition High school student, he got No. 5 in the boys' division. After that, he received the 29th Ichikawa Shinki Music Performer Competition Best Prize.
