Yamamoto Kanako

Yamamoto Kanako is a Japanese pianist. After graduating from Kunitachi College of Music, she gained the Okada Kyuuro memorial scholarship as well as domestic and overseas training scholarship. FinalIy, she attended the late N. Flores lesson at the Vienna State College of Music Seminar and got a diploma.
In recognition of her achievement in Vienna, she received the 2006 JASSO Excellence Student Award for the Japan Student Services Organization and Encouragement Prize for Culture and Arts Department Encouragement Prize.
She has won at numerous competitions such as Newcomer Music Competition Piano Division, the 2nd Kawaguchi Classical Live Grand Prix, 31st Kawaguchi City Art Encouragement Prize (Music) Award.
