Tachikawa's Spring (Tachikawanoharu, 1976 (August 14-1976)) was a rakugo family from Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture. After graduating from Yale University, he joined Mitsui & Co. in the spring of 1999 (1999) and handled iron ore. In addition, in June 2011, he appeared as a rookie team at the Heisei School of Education (Affiliated with Fuji Television Network) in June 2011 because of his graduation from Yale University.

Tachikawa Tsuji no Tatekawa (Tatekawanosuke, February 15, 1954) is a rakugo artist and talent from Shinto City (now: Imizu City), Toyama Prefecture. Received the Minister of the Arts Prize in 2008 for the Art Awards, and received the Shizuru Shizuru for 2015. In high school, he has been a member of the soft tennis club and has participated in the inter high with Toyama prefecture representative.
While at Meiji University, he belongs to the Rakugo Kenkyukai (Okken). After graduating from Toyama Prefectural Shinjo High School, he graduated from Meiji University Business Administration.
