In March 1938, he entered Bando Tsurunosuke (4th generation) and Tomokoro Nakamura (5th generation), and took the name of Tsuruyoshi Bando. After Takeshiro Bando and Tomitaro Nakamura, he was promoted to the title of Tachibana Saburo, the sixth generation at the Shinbashi theater in October 1 52.
