Yukiko Sato graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Music Science. While attending school, she will receive the instruction of lute from Sakonsuke and Shigeo Mito. Studied with Konrad Junghener at the Köln College of Music, Germany, and earned a soloist diploma. After that, she studied with Hopkinson Smith at Basel Schola Cantorum, Switzerland. She is an assistant researcher in the school of classical music, Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts until 2010 He studied baroque guitar with Mr. Chabiel Diaz-Latore at Barcelona's High Music Academy in Spain as a newcomer to the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
Performed numerous solo recitals, ensembles with singers and musicians, baroque operas, etc. Produced the musical story "John Dowland's Story" as a target project of the first Taito Ward arts and culture support system and received favorable reviews. The concert of the string sang "La Stravaganza Tokyo", which was performed together as a bass player, was broadcast on NHK's "Classic Club" and "Larala Classic". Appeared on the public recording of NHK-FM's "Fun of the old music". Participated in the recording of "Bach Collegium Japan" and "Sophia Armonico" of Renaissance flute ensemble.
