Noboru Uesugi (real name: Noboru Suzuki, born on May 24, 1972) is a Japanese musician, vocalist, singer-songwriter, lyricist. He was born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
When he was in junior high school, he decided to go to the music path by watching the video of GUNS N 'ROSES. He formed a band when he was a high school student and performed live activities in Machida City and Yokohama City as a band vocal. However, the band dismissed after acting for a short time. After that he went to the lesson and applied for recruitment of members of the magazine. In Japanese music, he was a member of LOUDNESS, then he started going to the Being music school.
In BEING Music Promotion Organization, he became a top in the audition, stopped in the eyes of organizer's music producer Nagato Nagato, organized Koji Oshima with arranger / composer and Hiroshi Shibasaki from the audition sponsored by the Promotion Association, and formed WANDS.
