Brass band Festa is a reunion performance of members of the Symphonic Stage Part 3 of "All Nippon Student Wind Symphonic Band Festival 36th College Band Fair" held at Dorimami Hall of Fuchu Arts Theater, Tokyo, Fuchu on May 28, 2000. It was formed in 2001.

Together with the members' ties at the time and a new group led by that tie, since the first concert held on January 4, 2002 at the Amagasaki City Cultural Center · Arkaic Hall, on January 4th, they performed a concert under the direction of Tomonaga Tanaka and Hirohiro Hamamoto.

Cast performers are scattered throughout Japan and can not be operated and practiced like ordinary orchestra, so the activities as an orchestra will be held once a year and the last five nights for six days It will be only training camp. In addition, preparations in advance are mainly conducted by staff who are dedicated to management and performers living in Kansai.

The motto of the orchestra as "nice spread brass band told me bonds (Harmony)", which deepen, broaden ties with fellow to get to know the brass band as a medium, to provide a place to cultivate the musical ambition to performers, returning to the group that usually operates, sharing one concert with the guests and stakeholders who visit not only performers but also management staff · concerts, performances that can enjoy the brilliant splendor of the entire venue they aim to create a meeting.

Due to the nature of the orchestra, there is no recipient award such as competition, but from Wako Records who agreed with our activities, they are selling general concert live recording CDs from 2005 onwards.
