Brass band Festa is a reunion performance of members of the Symphonic Stage Part 3 of "All Nippon Student Wind Symphonic Band Festival 36th College Band Fair" held at Dorimami Hall of Fuchu Arts Theater, Tokyo, Fuchu on May 28, 2000. It was formed in 2001.
