Chofu Noh drama odyssey Introduction Kinema Noh is Traditional show Stage/Dance/Comedy event held in Japan.

"Chofu Noh drama odyssey" is a traditional performing art project that develops around the Noh music which is closely related to the old temple: Jindaiji temple.

What is Kinema Nohgaku
It's a show that utilizes the facilities unique to Kusunoki Hall (such as 4K projector) in "Movie Town Provisioning" that movie affiliates will accumulate, combining video and demonstration.
It is a new attempt to create a fantastic scene that makes use of screens on Noh's unique world view. Please enjoy the Noh play style unique to the Kusunoki Hall.

Synopsis
Kyogen: Kaki yamabushi
Yamabushi (mountain priest) who finished the training looks around to trying to heal the dryness of his throat, going back to his hometown, and find a fine kaki (persimmon) tree there.
When he finally eats persimmons after the hardship, the master of the persimmon field comes and finds the Yamabushi. The angry master thinks of an idea to challenge Yamabushi ....

Noh: Kurama Tengu
Yamabushi (mountain priest) appears where the priests of Kurama Temple are accompanied by babies and feasting cherry blossoms. A group of monks who disliked the yamabushi's presence left the place, but a child left alone invited the yamabushi and invited him to see the cherry blossoms.
Yamabushi was attracted by the baby's cuddliness and asking his name, it was an orphan of Minamoto no Yoshitomo, Shanaou. The yamabushi asserts that he is a mountain's great tengu (mountain spirit that has a long nose) to Shanaou, and gave him a war law, and encouraged him to destroy Heike family (who was an enemy of Minamoto family), then the yamabushi promised tomorrow's reunion and disappeared.
On the next day, the great tengu appeared in front of Shanaou who was waiting in a costume ready for martial arts practice. The great tengu, admired by its gracious appearance and gracious attitude, talks about the story of Zhang Biao, predicting the war law and predestination of Heike's destruction, promises Shanaou's patronage and leaves.

Juro Zenchiku is a Japanese Noh traditional music artist. He is the eldest son of Genji Takeshi Goro and considered as the important intangible cultural heritage general designation holder.
In 1985, he received the Osaka Cultural Festival Award, Minister of Education Minister's Freshmen Prize,
Currently, He is also a member of Japan Noh music association and teacher of Teikyo Heisei University.

Daijiro Zenchiku

Daijiro Zenchiku is a Japanese Noh traditional music artist.
At the age of 5, he made his debut in a act "Utsubo zaru" as a role of "monkey baby". He has performed "Sanbaso", "Nasu no katari", "Tsuri gitsune" all of which requires special teaching to perform. He graduated from Komazawa University. Currently, he is a lecturer of Kurashiki Seisho University, Department of Traditional Performing Arts.
