Hiroki Fujii (Hiroji Fujii, 1961) is a chorus conductor in Japan. He is from Yamanashi Prefecture. Japan Chorus Conductors Association member. He is a general manager of the choir group "music tree" who thinks about 21st century chorus.

After graduating from university, he started working as a choir conductor. He is the music director of Ensemble PVD, the "Tree of the Tree", which currently has 12 groups. Led by Yamanashi University Choir, Chorus Yuuka or Female Voice Ensemble Juri, he won a total of 12 gold medals at the All Japan Chorus Competition.
