Sanyu Tei Kouraku (born on August 6, 1946) is a comic story teller. He is chairman of the Yen Raku Ichimonkai. He is known as a member of the entertainment program "Laughing Point" (Nippon TV) as a member of the Daiki. After being renamed to good fortune for a while, he was a member of "Laughing Score" for a while, but on October 9th, 1983, he graduated from the broadcast last minute to "work hard on classical Rakugo."
