THE iDOLM@STER: SideM (アイドルマスター サイドエム Aidorumasutaa Saido Emu) is a game that features the recruitment of soon to be idols at 315 Production and the idols within the unit Jupiter (who have now defected to 315PRO). Like THE iDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls, it is a social media game hosted by Mobage.

The game's main theme is job change. All of the idols have had jobs, and for various reasons they decide to switch and become an idol. The player is the producer, who helps them achieve their dreams. There are 46 voiced idols, divided into 15 units to chose from.

Initially starting on February 7, 2014, SideM was quickly shut down due to server issues and placed on indefinite maintenance. On July 17, 2014, the game officially went back online. Voices for idols were implemented into the game on March 15, 2015.

Once again, players can vote on their favorite idol every year to see who's the most popular idol of that year. However, this practice stopped after Year 2.

In celebration for the game's 1st Anniversary, a new mini game called "SideMini" was announced. It is released on August 31st, 2015.

At the 2nd Live concert, another mobile game was announced, THE iDOLM@STER SideM: LIVE ON ST@GE!, as well as an anime adaptation of the series. The former was released in 2017, while the latter was released in the Winter 2018 anime season

KenKen and KenDoku are trademarked names for a style of arithmetic and logic puzzle invented in 2004 by Japanese math teacher Tetsuya Miyamoto, who intended the puzzles to be an instruction-free method of training the brain. The target number and operation appear in the upper left-hand corner of the cage. Hence if the target is 1 and the operation is - (subtraction) and the number choices are 2 and 3, possible answers are 2,3 or 3,2.

Tokyo

Tokyo (Japanese: [toːkjoː] , English /ˈ t oʊ k i . oʊ / ), officially Tokyo Metropolis, is the capital of Japan and one of its 47 prefectures. The Greater Tokyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府 , Tōkyō-fu) and the city of Tokyo (東京市 , Tōkyō-shi) .
