Kanamori Ju ( born November 22, 1974 ) is a Japanese dancer, director and choreographer. He is a Ryuto Pia Niigata Citizen Arts and Culture Hall Dance Department Arts Director, Noism Artistic Director. When he was 17 years old, he studied under a single bachelor of Europe, Maurice Béjart etc. He began creating works while studying Rudola Bejart Lausanne and debuted as a choreographer director at the age of 20 while enrolled in NDT 2. After having worked as a dancer and director as a choreographer in the European dance troupe for ten years, he returned home in 2003, won the Asahi Performing Arts Award in the first self-produced performance "no · mad · icproject ~ 7 fragments in memory" to attract attention.
In April 2004, he was appointed Artistic Director of the Ruth Pia Dance Department and launched Noism, the first public drama troupe in Japan to become the first in Japan. A company activity filled with innovative abroad experiences and innovative creativity has earned a high reputation, and in recent years, he performs choreography by opera by command of Seiji Ozawa at Saito · Kinen · Festival Matsumoto. Since June '14 he took over as Niigata City Cultural Creation Advisor and prize for Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2007, prize for Cultural Prize in 2008 Niigata Daily Culture and many awards.
