Kanamori Ju ( born November 22, 1974 ) is a Japanese dancer, director and choreographer. He is a Ryuto Pia Niigata Citizen Arts and Culture Hall Dance Department Arts Director, Noism Artistic Director. Since June '14 he took over as Niigata City Cultural Creation Advisor and prize for Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2007, prize for Cultural Prize in 2008 Niigata Daily Culture and many awards.

Noism (Noiseumu) was founded in the spring of 2004, dedicated to theaters. Leader is Kanamori Yuji who also concurrently serves as artistic director of the dance division of the Niigata Civic Art and Cultural Center (Ryuto Pia). For over 15 years since its establishment, the dancers selected by the audition moved to Niigata not only from Japan, but also from abroad and are active throughout the year.
