Arte y Solera began business in a premises located in Concejal Alberto Jiménez Becerril Avenue beside the Guadalquivir River, a humble, modest enterprise based on a cuisine made with love, quality produce, and passion for the job. The space was conceived with the objective of bringing haute- cuisine to all its clients. It now marks the path of its evolution towards the avant-garde with a new offer in gastronomy and wine. Lead by Marco Antonio Paz del Alamo, an analysis of its development is conducted which pinpoints a new goal to achieve, to enjoy what they do, focusing on the most avant-garde techniques but without losing sight of that traditional viewpoint that cannot be missing from their dishes, or their products. Without losing that touch of the South. Our staff take charge of accompanying you during the experience so that you enjoy a fantastic night out. Arte y solera located beside the Guadalquivir River, with a pleasant terrace and steps from the Alameda de Hércules, Arte and Solera Torneo was our first restaurant in Seville. A pleasant restaurant where you can enjoy our food en famille.

Flamenco (Spanish pronunciation: [flaˈmeŋko]), in its purest sense, is a professionalized art-form based on the folkloric traditions of Andalusia. In the 21st century it has evolved to incorporate many modern influences. It includes cante (singing), toque (guitar playing), baile (dance), jaleo (vocalizations and chorus clapping), palmas (handclapping) and pitos (finger snapping).

Though popularly attributed to the Romani people of Spain, the origins of flamenco are unknown. Of the several theories in existence, the most widely accepted is that it developed through cross-cultural interchange between the Romani, Castilians, Moors , Andalusians and Sephardi Jews in Andalusia, although Federico García Lorca claimed that flamenco existed in Andalusia significantly predates the arrival of Romani people to the region.

Tokyo

Tokyo (Japanese: [toːkjoː] , English /ˈ t oʊ k i . oʊ / ), officially Tokyo Metropolis, is the capital of Japan and one of its 47 prefectures. The Greater Tokyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府 , Tōkyō-fu) and the city of Tokyo (東京市 , Tōkyō-shi) .
