INAZUMA ROCK FES is the largest in Western Japan that will be held on the shore of Lake Biwa in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, in mid-September 2009 and later (Saturday and Sunday with more than three consecutive holidays including Respect for the Aged or Equinox Day) Is an outdoor music event.
