Formed in 2012, DENIMS is a band from Osaka Sakai.In 2015, they released the 1st Mini Album "Daily use" which was the first national distribution from voluntary label "OSAMIstudio". The 2nd Mini Album "iggy & pops" was released in 2016, and the first one man performed at the tour final, Toei Shinsaibashi CONPASS, was held.

ShortStraw is an indie rock band from Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2011, Jason Hartford and Phil Brierley left the band and were later replaced by Gad De Combes (keyboard and backing vocals), Tom Revington (lead guitar) and Russell Grant (bass).

Sawagi Taiko, founded in Vancouver, Canada, was the first all-male kumidaiko (taiko) group in Canada. It was founded by a group of men from Katari Taiko, the first Canadian kumidaiko group, and all of its members are exclusively Asian. As an offshoot of Katari Taiko, Sawagi considers San Jose Taiko an inspiration. Sawagi finds inspiration in the Chicago blues, occasionally including electric bass and vocal improvisation in their songs, as well as Japanese folk songs, and rap. Sawagi writes and arranges most of their compositions/dance's, some of which involve skits and vocals.
