Masami Oku born on March 1961 is a Japanese astronomer. He has been a professor of Wakayama University Tourism Faculty since 2012. He has a special astronomical tourism education. He obtained a doctorate (academic) at Saga University. He graduated from Osaka Kyoiku University School of Education Special Science on Earth Science major.
