The Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra (Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra) is an orchestra formed in 2005. Commissioned to undertake the management and operation of cultural facilities and cultural promotion activities by the Hyogo Prefectural Government, the Hyogo Arts & Culture Association has been carrying out various programs to establish Hyogo as Japan's center of artistic and cultural events, where arts and culture will constitute an integral part of the lives of local residents and contribute to the emotional and physical well-being of society.

Yutaka Sado (born 13 May 1961 in Kyoto) is a Japanese conductor. While still in school, Sado obtained a position in the Kansai Nikikai, a Japanese school of opera, where he had the opportunity to work with the New Japan Philharmonic and the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra, learning operatic repertoire. In 1987, he traveled to the United States to attend the Tanglewood Music Festival, where he studied with Seiji Ozawa. Later he won the Davidoff Special Prize for a competition in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
