Bears are carnivoran mammals of the family Ursidae. They are classified as caniforms, or doglike carnivorans. Although only eight species of bears are extant, they are widespread, appearing in a wide variety of habitats throughout the Northern Hemisphere and partially in the Southern Hemisphere. Bears are found on the continents of North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Common characteristics of modern bears include large bodies with stocky legs, long snouts, small rounded ears, shaggy hair, plantigrade paws with five nonretractile claws, and short tails.
While the polar bear is mostly carnivorous, and the giant panda feeds almost entirely on bamboo, the remaining six species are omnivorous with varied diets. With the exception of courting individuals and mothers with their young, bears are typically solitary animals. They may be diurnal or nocturnal and have an excellent sense of smell. Despite their heavy build and awkward gait, they are adept runners, climbers, and swimmers. Bears use shelters, such as caves and logs, as their dens; most species occupy their dens during the winter for a long period of hibernation, up to 100 days.
Bears have been hunted since prehistoric times for their meat and fur; they have been used for bear-baiting and other forms of entertainment, such as being made to dance. With their powerful physical presence, they play a prominent role in the arts, mythology, and other cultural aspects of various human societies. In modern times, bears have come under pressure through encroachment on their habitats and illegal trade in bear parts, including the Asian bile bear market. The IUCN lists six bear species as vulnerable or endangered, and even least concern species, such as the brown bear, are at risk of extirpation in certain countries. The poaching and international trade of these most threatened populations are prohibited, but still ongoing.

Having sold approximately 67 million copies worldwide, Fullmetal Alchemist is one of the best selling manga series of all time. The anime version has also received multiple awards and has been lauded by critics over the years. The manga had its run from 2001 to 2010, when it was serialized in Square Enix’s “Monthy Shonan Gangan” and remains popular to this day.
This exhibition will feature original works by creator Hiromu Arakawa, including over 100 sketches and storyboards. Visitors will also get a sneak peek of clips from the new Fullmetal Alchemist live action movie, which will be released in December this year.
There are also special tickets for guided tours led by voice actors from the anime (in Japanese only).
The unique, action-packed world depicted in "FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST" is filled with charming characters and evocative storylines! ... An exhibition of artwork featuring various aspects of the "FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST" world will go on display at the Kitakyushu Manga Museum from Saturday 13th October 2018!
『鋼の錬金術師』（はがねのれんきんじゅつし）は、荒川弘による日本の漫画作品。また、それを原作とした派生作品。『月刊少年ガンガン』（スクウェア・エニックス）にて、2001年8月号から2010年7月号まで連載された。全108話。同年10月号には番外編が掲載された。略称は、『ハガレン』等。
2017年11月の時点で世界累計売上部数は7000万部を超え、スクウェア・エニックス発行のコミックスとしては最高記録となる。
連載終了から7年後にあたる2017年6月12日更新分からガンガンONLINEにてリバイバル連載がスタートした。
錬金術が存在する架空の世界を舞台としたファンタジー漫画（作品の帯などでは「ダーク・ファンタジー」であるとされる）。物語の世界は、19世紀の産業革命期のヨーロッパを題材にしている。ダーク・ファンタジーがテーマとなる漫画作品であるにも関わらず、世界観などの雰囲気が暗くなりすぎないイベントシーンなどに評価が高く、コミックスは7000万部以上を売り上げるなど、エニックスお家騒動により主要作品を次々と失って低迷していた『月刊少年ガンガン』の売上・発行部数にも貢献し、連載終了後は月刊少年ガンガンの発行部数が大幅に急落するなど、反響が大きかった作品ともいえる。また、連載終了時点で『月刊少年ガンガン』の連載中作品の中では最長連載された作品である。
最終回が掲載された2010年7月号は、通常の2割増しの発行部数であったにもかかわらず完売（スクウェア・エニックス発表）したため、最終回が同年9月号にも再び掲載されるという異例の事態となった。
公式でもよく用いられる略称は「ハガレン」。また、英語版タイトルの「Fullmetal Alchemist」（2009年アニメシリーズの副題にもなっている）の頭文字を取って「FA」、「FMA」と呼ばれることもある。「Fullmetal」という語は和製英語であり、本来は「Full Metal」と分けて表記する。
2014年にユニバーサルシグマよりメジャーデビュー。代表曲「ウソツキ」はiTunes総合チャートで1位を獲得。同曲は自身の体験談をもとに制作された楽曲である。YouTubeでは900万回再生された。
2016年2月24日には、4thシングル「咲かないで」発売。世界最大級の広告祭カンヌライオンズに所属レコード会社「ユニバーサルミュージック」から出品される。更に同曲が映画『泣き虫ピエロの結婚式』主題歌に決定。
楽曲「夢がさめて」で第55回日本レコード大賞企画賞を受賞。2016年9月には初のフェス型野外ワンマンライブを服部緑地野外音楽堂にて行い、10月には初のベストアルバムの発売した。
GANMI is a 19-member dance crew formed in 2015, created to bring “entertainment” from Japan to the world. Its members include dance instructors, choreographers for artists, backup dancers, event organizers, stage performers, students, and even a cameraman. In 2016, GANMI became the first Japanese team to win VIBE DANCE COMPETITION XXI, a dance competition held in California.
The Japanese team's first won at the world dance event "VIBE DANCE COMPETITION XXI" held in Los Angeles, USA in 2016. Starting from that, in addition to TV appearances and commercials, choreographing and directing LIVE by artists, and back dancing, they have been conducting workshops and performances both in Japan and abroad.
In addition, under the slogan "entertainment for everyday life", they have dance lessons in elementary schools as part of our social activities.
The one-man live "TOKYO GANMI SITE" held three times in April, July, and December 2018.
ルーク篁（元・聖飢魔II）を中心に、雷電湯澤（RX、元・聖飢魔II）とMASAKI（アニメタル）のトリオ・バンドとして結成される。
技巧派揃いのバンドであるが、苛烈なテクニカルプレイの応酬ではなく、あくまでメロディアスでポップなハードロックを志向している。
ボーカルはルーク篁が務めているが、ルーク本人は元々ボーカリストを他人に頼もうとしており、散々探し回ったが結局見つからず自分が歌うことになったという。
アイナ・ジ・エンド、セントチヒロ・チッチ、モモコグミカンパニー、ハシヤスメ・アツコ、リンリン、アユニ・Dの6人からなる「楽器を持たないパンクバンド」。2015年1月、かつてBiSを手がけた渡辺淳之介が「BiSをもう一度始める」とBiSHの始動を宣言。サウンドプロデュースに松隈ケンタ（SCRAMBLES）、衣装の外林健太、アートディレクションの真田礼の初期のBiSを手掛けてきたメンバーを迎え、5人体制でスタート。メンバーは2度の脱退と2度の加入を経て2016年8月より現在の6人体制となる。メンバー全員が楽曲の作詞を行い、振り付けはアイナ・ジ・エンドが担当している。
BiSHは、「Brand-new idol SHiT」（新生クソアイドル）の略。ファンのことを「清掃員」（クソを掃除する者）と呼ぶ。これは前身のBiSが、ファンのことを「研究員」と呼んでいたことにならい、2015年4月に行われた初ライブの「BiSHの三箇条」で発表された。
初期の活動では、TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2015の2日目出演キャンセルや、2015年6月に行われたPOPとの200km駅伝など、プロモーション手法にもBiSとの共通点（ロマン優光曰く、「昭和の新日本プロレス的なトラブルをトラブルで解決するような現実とシナリオが交錯する炎上商法」）が見られた。しかし、渡辺は「ホントに（BiSを）始めたときのクソインディーズの素人のときは、嫌われないと客が増えなかったんですけど、いまは嫌われると逆に客が減る状況になっちゃった」と語るように、BiS時代のような過激なプロモーション方法はあまり使わなくなってきている。
メンバーの全員が沖縄県出身・在住。「かりゆし」とは沖縄方言で「縁起がいい・めでたい」という意味で、「58」とは国道58号線のことを意味する。

バンド名は、イギリスのロックバンドT・レックスのアルバム『ユニコーン』に由来している。
1987年デビュー。所属事務所はCBSソニー・アーティスツ（現・ソニー・ミュージックアーティスツ）。契約レコード会社はCBSソニー（現・ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメント）。初期の音楽プロデューサーは笹路正徳。「バンドブーム」の中心的グループ でTHE BLUE HEARTS、JUN SKY WALKER(S)と共にバンド御三家とも呼ばれた。またルックスの良さからチェッカーズ、JUN SKY WALKER(S)と並んで、当時の音楽雑誌で最もグラビアページを組まれるバンドであった。特に"ロックバンドのアイドル化"を招いたと言われる『PATi PATi』では、チェッカーズの後、度々表紙や特集を組まれる同誌の看板スターとなった。
1993年9月に解散。解散後はソロや新たなバンドでの活動、他のミュージシャンのプロデュース等、各方面で活動していたが、2009年に再始動を発表。現在は再始動前の活動年数を既に追い越し、現在も精力的にライブ、リリースを重ねている。
デビュー当初は、ビートロックの一派とされていたが、アルバム『服部』以降は音楽性は何でもありになり、ライブにも独特の寸劇が組み込まれたりするなど、バンドブームの中でも独自の活動を行った。また、音楽性の違うメンバー全員が作詞と作曲とボーカルを担当できるバンドでもあり、解散直前には「EBI奥田阿部西川手島」名義で『UNICORN』というタイトルのミニアルバム（形態は8cmシングル）を発表している。
MONGOL800（モンゴルはっぴゃく）は、1998年に沖縄県で結成された、日本のスリーピースロックバンドである。ハイ・ウェーブに所属。略称は「モンパチ」。
2016年より 四国大学短期大学部音楽科 特任教授。
Okamoto's made their recording debut with an appearance on the Columbia compilation "Here Come the Modernity" in February 2009. Gaining acclaim and respect unheard of for bands their age, they followed it up in June with their debut album, Here Are Okamoto's (June 14, 2009). Soon after, Masaru Okamoto left the band and was replaced by Hama Okamoto. In support of the album, they unleashed a touring blitz, starting with a sold-out solo performance to commemorate its release. Playing over ten shows a month, they managed to perform over one hundred times in 2009.
In March 2010 they performed at the South by Southwest music festival held in Austin, Texas and also performed in 6 other cities around the United States.
In May 26, 2010 they made their major debut under the Ariola Japan record label, which is an affiliate of Sony Music Entertainment Japan. It was announced that Okamoto's major debut single, "Yokubō o Sakebe!!!" (欲望を叫べ!!!, "Shout Out Your Desires!!!") would be chosen as the 18th ending theme of the anime series Naruto: Shippuden.
Okamoto's (stylized as OKAMOTO'S, オカモトズ) is a Japanese rock band. They made their major debut in May 26, 2010 and were signed by Ariola Japan Inc.
It is formed by four people who were classmates from junior high school. On June 14th, 2009, based on the live performance held to commemorate the release of the 1st album "Here are OKAMOTO'S", the base Okamoto Masaru withdrew and Hama Okamoto joined.
They appeared in “ SXSW 2010 ” held in March 2010 in Austin, Texas. After that, they went on an American tour around six cities in the United States . They have major debut from Ariora Japan, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment, on May 26 of the same year .
They performed on the main stage of the outdoor music festival “CAMA FESTIVAL 5” held in Hanoi, Vietnam on May 28, 2011 .

洗足学園音楽大学音楽学部ジャズコースピアノ科卒。2003年、本名の大橋好規名義で音楽家として活動を開始。作曲家や音楽プロデューサー、ナレーター等活動の幅を広げる。2007年より大橋トリオ名義で歌手としても活動を開始し、2009年にrhythm zoneよりメジャーデビュー。
大橋トリオとは、名前通りトリオ編成という訳ではなく、大橋自身のソロユニット名であり、歌手としてアーティスト活動を行う際に用いる。名前については、ジャズのグループ名によく見られる「○○トリオ」という感覚が気に入ったことと、1人なのにトリオというキャッチーさを狙ったことに由来する。また「何となく面白そうだから」とも語っている。
PUSHIM（プシン、本名：朴 冨心（박부심 、パク・プシン）、1975年11月26日 - ）は、大阪府出身の歌手。血液型はO型。在日韓国人。
1999年6月19日、ミニアルバム『Brand New Day』でデビュー。

Ego-Wrappin' (stylised as EGO-WRAPPIN') is a Japanese jazz and rock musical duo, composed of vocalist Yoshie Nakano and guitarist Masaki Mori. The group formed in Osaka in 1996, releasing their debut album Blue Speaker in 1998. The band gained national recognition with their cabaret and kayōkyoku inspired song "Midnight Dejavu (Shikisai no Blues)" (2000).
Ego-Wrappin' was formed in 1996 in Osaka. Originally the band focused their activities in the Kansai region,[1] performing at live houses alongside acts such as Mondo Grosso and Attica Blues. Initially, the group released music through the independent label Metro Crew Records, including their debut extended play Calling Me (1996).
In 1998, the band were featured in the soundtrack for the Eri Fukatsu-starring drama Kirakira Hikaru, covering The Beach Boys' "Disney Girls (1957)". In June of the same year, the band the band released their debut album, the English language Blue Speaker, through independent label RD Records, an Osaka-based subsidiary of Hip Land Music Corp. The album was successful on local Osaka area independent music charts, and was praised by musician Seiichi Yamamoto.
In 1999, the band released two extended plays: their first Japanese language extended play His Choice of Shoes Is Ill! in February, followed by Swing for Joy in November. A song from the extended play, "A Love Song", which featured Osaka ska band Determinations, received strong airplay on regional radio stations such as FM Ishikawa and FM North Wave (Hokkaido). From 2000, the band began performing concerts in Tokyo and other regions of Japan, outside of Kansai.
In 2000, the band came to national attention with their song "Shikisai no Blues", a cabaret and kayōkyoku song written in the style of 1960s jazz singer Mina Aoe. Originally the song was released as a part of the extended play Shikisai no Blues. When it was later released as a stand-alone single/extended play in 2001, it sold over 193,000 copies in Japan.
In May 2001, Ego-Wrappin' established their own sub-label of Toy's Factory called Minor Swing, and released their third album Michishio no Romance. This album, as well as Night Food (2002) and Merry Merry (2004) were commercially successful, all being certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan. Night Food featured the song "Kuchibashi ni Cherry" (2002), which was the theme song of the Nippon TV drama Shiritsu Tantei Hama Mike.
In 2006, Ego-Wrappin' released their fifth album On the Rocks!, and toured Europe for the first time, performing concerts in Denmark and Sweden as a part of the Tokyo Sound Revolution event. During the tour, Ego-Wrappin' formed a support band, The Gossip of Jaxx, who performed during the album's tour. In 2009, the band released Ego-Wrappin' and the Gossip of Jaxx: an album featuring music recorded with this support band. In 2010, the band released Sure Shot, a split single with rock band Brahman.
In 2014, Ego-Wrappin' performed the theme songs for the drama Reverse Edge: Ōkawabata Tanteisha.

1983年結成。当初は女性ボーカリストのJILLとギタリストの本田毅の2人のユニットという色彩が強く、バンド名もNOTHING PERSONALを名乗っていた。その後、元AUTO-MOD（一時並行して在籍）のベーシスト、渡邉貢とドラマーの藤田勉が加わり、1984年にバンド名をPERSONZに改名。新宿LOFTを中心としたライブ活動を展開する。1987年にメジャーデビュー。ドラマ『ママハハ・ブギ』（TBS）の主題歌「DEAR FRIENDS」や、オリコンチャートNo.1アルバム『DREAMERS ONLY』がヒットした。
1992年に本田が脱退。その後しばらく正式メンバーとしてのギタリストは不在であったが、1996年に元ガラパゴスの田中詠司が加入。2001年に田中が脱退した後、2002年から本田が復帰。以降、オリジナルメンバーで活動を続けている。2005年には、すべて新曲のライブでもレコーディングでもない世界初のDVDアルバム『RODEO DRIVE』を発表。この作品は編集無しの一発録りという、珍しい構成になっている。
