シンディ・ローパー（Cyndi Lauper 、本名：シンシア・アン・ステファニー・ローパー（Cynthia Ann Stephanie Lauper ）、1953年6月22日 - ） は、アメリカ合衆国の歌手・女優。グラミー賞、エミー賞、トニー賞の受賞経験がある。
1953年6月22日-ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市ブルックリン地区において、スイスおよびドイツ系アメリカ人の父と、シチリア系アメリカ人の母との間に生まれる。5歳の時、両親が離婚。母親、姉、弟と共にクィーンズ近郊のオゾン・パークへ移住。
12歳の時に、ギターの弾き方を学び、作詞を始める。学校では周りになじめず、授業を受けるかわりに、絵を描いたり、歌を歌ったりして過ごす。17歳の時、自分のおかれている環境に嫌気がさし、高校を退学しついに愛犬スパークルと共に家をでる。General Educational Developmentをパスし高校卒業認定資格を受け、en:Johnson State CollegeでArtのクラスの講義などを受けた。 その間、生活のためウェイトレス、絵のモデル、競馬調教師の助手、空手教室の呼びこみ等様々な職につきながら、アートスクールに通ったり、トロント北部にある森でテントを張り、スケッチをしながら過ごした。このころ、付き合っていた男性からの提案で名前をCindyではなくCyndiと綴るようになる。カナダを旅行した後、ニューヨークに戻る。
ロングアイランド出身のバンドDoc Westに加入し、バックグラウンドシンガーとして活動するが、後に別のバンドFlyerに加入しリード・シンガーとして働く。
1977年、歌い続けることによって喉を酷使してしまい声帯に損傷を受けたために声が出なくなり、1年間音楽活動を休止し、ヴォイス・トレーナー、ケイティ・アゲストラの指導のもと、集中的なヴォーカルトレーニングを受けて、歌声を取り戻す。

谷池 重紬子（たにいけ えつこ）は、日本のピアニスト。二期会所属。
武蔵野音楽大学を卒業後、二期会のピアニストとなる。伴奏者として有名になり、『朝日新聞』に掲載のコラム「天声人語」にも紹介された。
新国立オペラ研修所で伴奏者兼コレペティトールとして所属している。また水戸芸術館では、「オペラの花束をあなたへ」シリーズやリサイタルなどの出演活動も行っている。

絶叫する60度（ぜっきょうする60ど）は、南緯60度から70度にかける海域の俗称である。英語からシュリーキング・シックスティーズ（Shrieking Sixties）、スクリーミング・シックスティーズ（Screaming Sixties）ともいう。南極海を航行する船は、吠える40度、狂う50度を超えたこの海域でさらに強い嵐に見舞われる。
南米最南端のティエラ・デル・フエゴと南極大陸最北端の南極半島の間、ドレーク海峡はこの海域に相当する。この緯度帯では、地球を周回する偏西風や海流（南極環流）の行く手をさえぎる陸地がないため、風速や波の高さは最高に達する。これらの嵐はしばしば南極大陸沿岸にも襲い掛かる。

The sirens who celebrated their restarting with new members from 2016 will release the new album "STORY" this year, which is the 15th anniversary of their formation.

ザ・マスミサイルは、日本のロックバンド、青春パンクバンドでもある。
2000年9月に、高木芳基、渡部勝敏、渡部貴彦、新田洋輔、広瀬ジロウの5人で「ザ・マスミサイル」を結成した。その後、2001年11月にドラムの広瀬ジロウが脱退したが、2002年7月に他のバンドで活動していた竹村忠臣をメンバーが口説きドラムとして迎え入れた。しかし、2007年3月31日に渡部勝敏、渡部貴彦、竹村忠臣が脱退し、2人組のロックバンドとして活動していた。
2007年12月15日に、G.菅野康治 Dr.中野誠一 Key.高橋康宏を迎え入れ、新生ザ・マスミサイルとして活動開始するが、2009年にG.菅野康治、2011年に Key.高橋康宏が脱退。
現在はG.前川真吾、Key.白石安広を迎え、5人組ロックバンドとして活動中。
ユタ州（英: State of Utah [ˈjuːtɔː, ˈjuːtɑː] ( 音声ファイル)）は、アメリカ合衆国西部にある州である。合衆国には1896年1月4日に45番目の州として加盟した。州の北はアイダホ州とワイオミング州に接し、東側はコロラド州に、西側はネバダ州に、南側はアリゾナ州に接している。南東の隅はフォー・コーナーズと呼ばれる4つの州がその角を接するポイントであり、ここでニューメキシコ州とも接していることになる。夏時間を実施している。

ユタ州の南部地域は1540年にフランシスコ・バスケス・デ・コロナドが率いるスペイン人探検隊が、伝説のシボラ（黄金の七都市）を探して探検していた。1776年、ドミンゲス・エスカランテ遠征隊と呼ばれることもある2人のカトリック教聖職者に率いられた集団が、現在のニューメキシコ州サンタフェを発って、カリフォルニアの海岸に抜けるルートを見つけようとしていた。この遠征隊は北はユタ湖まで旅し、先住民に出遭っていた。スペイン人はさらにこの地域を探検していたが、不毛の砂漠だったので、植民には興味を覚えなかった。1821年、メキシコがスペインからの独立を果たし、ユタの地域はアルタ・カリフォルニアの一部としてメキシコ領となった。

Rock is a popular music genre derived from the short phrase "rock and roll" in the 1950s in the United States, then developed into many different subcategories from the 60's. the 20th century and beyond, especially in the United Kingdom and the United States. Rock originated from rock and roll of the 1940s and 1950s, strongly influenced by R&B and country music . On the contrary, rock also has a strong influence on many types of music, such as blues and folk , along with interactions with jazz , classical music , and other genres.
Rock is often focused on using electric guitars , and often along with bass guitar and drums. In particular, rock compositions often use the 4/4 rhythm with the popular "development - chorus" structure (verse - chorus), but the subcategories are extremely diverse and the common characteristics to define becomes very difficult to identify. Like pop , the lyrics often talk about sad love stories, but sometimes also mention other topics such as social and political issues. The dominance of white male artists has become a decisive factor in the development and discovery of rock music. Compared to pop music, rock also outlines the importance of music collaborations, live performances, and "authentic" ideas.
In the late 60s - also known as "golden years" or "classic rock era" - many of the rock subcategories appeared, including blues rock , folk rock , country rock , and jazz-rock mixed . Many of them contributed to psychedelic rock that was greatly influenced by the anti-cultural movement at the time. Another important genre that appears is progressive rock ; Rock glam emphasizes on performance art and style; and the important and long-standing subcategories of heavy metal are high in volume, intensity and speed. In the late 1970s,Punk rock became popular and became the focal point against trends to create the first genre characterized by social as well as political themes. Punk culture influenced throughout the 80s with the creation of many important subcategories, including New Wave , post-punk and especially the alternative rock wave . By the 1990s, alternative rock became popular and split into grunge , Britpop , and indie rock . The music mixes together, creating then pop punk , rap rock , and rap metal, along with new genres that are extremely important to rock history like garage rock / post-punk and synthpop in the early years of the new millennium.
Rock music has also become a part of social and cultural movements, creating new concepts such as rocker or mod in England, or hippie originating from San Francisco in the US in the 1960s. Similarly, in years 70, punk culture has created concepts like goth and emo . [来歴] ギターボーカルのBeeBeeとギターのkj monmonが昔やっていたバンド、THE CiSTEMSのライブによくお客さんとして来ていたのがベースのNAKATA。何故か知らない間に仲良くなって、NAKATAがやっていたフットサルにTHE CiSTEMSも参加することに。 それからNAKATAはTHE CiSTEMSのスタッフなどをやっていたが、春にNAKATAが大学を卒業し、東京に行くということで記念にバンドを組もうという話になった。そしてキングカズとゴン中山を足して一夜限りのKiNGONS(キンゴンズ)を結成。 本当は一夜限りでKiNGONSは解散予定だったが、ちょうどその時期にTHE CiSTEMSの解散も決まっていて、それでもバンドをしたいということでKiNGONSをもう一度やることに。 最初は地元の宇都宮でしか活動しなかった。徐々に東京でのライブも増えたが、初代ドラマーが脱退。 そこでTHE CiSTEMSのコピーバンドの経験があった現ドラマーのHANDAが加入。 最初はサポートだが、すぐに正式メンバーになった。
2010年1月に発売された「Wonderful Girl」でCDデビュー。 同じく2010年の11月に発売された初の流通版フルアルバム「POP OF THE WORLD」を出し、ツアーを展開。 2016年8月に6年ぶりとなる流通版フルアルバム「KiNGONS EXPO」を出し、全国ツアーが決定。

KING BROTHERS（キング・ブラザーズ）は、日本のロックバンド。兵庫県西宮市出身。
1997年結成。2001年東芝EMIからメジャーデビュー。2003年、アルバムリリース後にメジャー契約を解除。その直後ドラマー藤本順が脱退、サポートドラマーとして和田シンジ（巨人ゆえにデカイ）が参加。2005年、和田シンジがサポートを離脱。その後、新ドラマーとして林田リンダが正式加入する。
2006年、マーヤの骨折、林田の脱退といったトラブルが相次ぎ、ライブ活動休止を発表。2007年、バンド史上初となるベーシストも含めた新メンバーを加え活動再開。2011年、ビクターエンタテイメントから再メジャーデビュー。2013年、シンノスケ、タイチが脱退を発表し、一時活動休止。2014年、新ドラマーとしてゾニーが加入し活動再開。
THE WASURETE MOTELS was formed in 2009. Their frantic rock is loud and a bit cray-cray, but will totally grab you. The drummer/vocalist goes by the name or number 283. The guitarist is Akudama-san (Mr. Bad Person) and the bassist is Zorome.
With lively original music based on rock and roll and intense and somewhat comical performance, they started live activities in one corner of Tokyo, Machida. Soon after the band's scope of activity was extended to the suburbs of Tokyo.
In 2012, the first independent single "Zundoko beat number one" was released. 500 pieces sold out at the live house.
In September, 1st full album "Crimson dawn is calling" was released nationwide from CRAZY DIAMOND RECORDS.
In August 2015, the 2nd album "God is crazy about soloban" was released from Sazanami label.
In December 2016, the 3rd album "Magic does not need" was also released from Sazanami label.
In December 2017, the 4th album "That Takuan will be the answer" was released as a pre-release single, together with the first analog edition "Idiot's you" from Sazanami label.
In March 2018, they held a one-man live at 13 FANDANGO as part of a release tour. The first Osaka One Man attracted 120 people.

MiA（みゃあ、みあ、本名：阿津 翔也（あづ しょうや）、1991年9月17日 - ）は、神奈川県横浜市出身の日本のミュージシャン・ギタリストである。ヴィジュアル系ロックバンド「MEJIBRAY」でギター及びコンポーザーを担当する。音楽プロデューサーとして、c2kを名乗る。
日出高等学校卒。血液型O型。身長175cm。
小学1年生から空手を習っていたが、小学6年生の時にネットゲームにハマり、空手からは遠ざかる。中学1年生の終わりにゲームのDrumManiaやGuitarFreaksをきっかけにDo As Infinityを知ってギターに興味を持ち、お年玉でエピフォンのレスポール・カスタムを購入し、ギターを弾きはじめる。中学2年生から、音楽理論とギターの専門知識を身につけるために、ギターメーカーESP系列の音楽専門学校Musicians Institute Japan（通称：MI JAPAN）の夜間レッスンに通う。最初に出会った講師がメタル曲を主な課題とするスパルタな人物で、オジー・オズボーンの「Crazy Train 」やディープ・パープルの「Burn」などを課題曲とし、後にプレイスタイルの主軸の一つとなるメタル系のギターの基礎を学んだ。
中学2年生の時に同級生を集めてバンドを組み、コピーバンドでライヴハウスで活動し、ヤマハ音楽振興会主催のTEENS' MUSIC FESTIVALにも出演した。しかし、学力のレベルが偏差値30程度になってしまい、理解ある家族の後押しで日出高等学校の芸能コースに進学する。学校への入学の条件である、芸能事務所への所属をギターを練習することでクリアした。同級生にはGARNiDELiAのメイリア、名古屋のマジックバーでマジシャンとして活動する山崎翔等がいる。
高校生時代は、MI JAPANに通う傍ら、目黒のライブハウス「目黒鹿鳴館」でアルバイトをしていた。その頃にローディーも経験している。
「新人未熟者」という意味で使われる『Green Boy』という造語。メンバーのHIDEは「まだまだ未完成であり続ける、未知の可能性という意味」でGReeeeNと名付けたと2009年3月8日付のブログで述べている。
ロゴマークの「GReeeeN」の4つの「e」は、メンバーの人数、および、歯学部出身・在籍に因んで笑顔になるときに見える歯並びをイメージしてデザインされており、「smileを届けられる存在でありたい」というメンバーの気持ちを表している。eの角度は18度であり、18は、良い歯⇒いーは⇒18という意味である。
牧が大学進学で上京し、中学校からの同級生だった長谷川が1年遅れて上京。牧が大学で知り合ったドラムと、3ピースで活動を始める。もう1人ギターを加えた体勢にしたいと考え、インターネット上でメンバー募集をかけたところ、宮川が加入。その後、ドラムがバンドを辞め、新たなドラマーを探していたところ、ジェットセイヤを紹介される。
牧が、ヴァセリンズ・ザ・ヴァインズ・ヴェルヴェット・アンダーグラウンドなどVから始まる海外のバンドに格好良いバンドが多いと思い、Vから始まる単語を探していたところ、「バニラ」という単語が目にとまる。本人曰く、「vanilla」の表記はかっこいいが、意味の「バニラ」は可愛くギャップに気に入った。「THE」が付くバンドが多かったため「ザ・バニラズ」ではなく、「THE」に変わるものがないかと考えていた時に、ジョジョの奇妙な冒険のジャイロ・ツェペリの金歯に“ゴー!ゴー!ツェペリ”と彫られていることを思い出し、“go!go!”を頭につけた。

When He Has Left Us Alone but Shafts of Light Sometimes Grace the Corner of Our Rooms... debuted, it was notable in that it included vocals by Menuck and his band mates; this was in contrast with the taciturn Godspeed You! Black Emperor. However, Constellation states on the biography for Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band that Menuck did in fact sing vocals before the creation of the group on a "rare 1996 GYBE cassette release".
While the music of Godspeed You! Black Emperor was marked by its sampling and symphonic development, Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band more regularly incorporated lyrics as well. Menuck confessed to being at odds with the role of the singer in bands, noting that lyricists are often featured as the main attraction at the expense of their bands.[7] He also felt uncomfortable with his own singing, but has since overcome that feeling. Menuck often shares vocal duty with all the other members of A Silver Mt. Zion.
The lyrical style of Menuck is best described as poetic. The topics of his lyrics range from the fear and loneliness experienced while driving alone on an American highway at night[9] to urban decay, and even a tribute to a deceased pet dog. Indeed, "This Is Our Punk-Rock," Thee Rusted Satellites Gather + Sing, the third album by Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band, was essentially created as a requiem for open and abandoned spaces in Montreal, as well as for similar loss and decay around the world, due to either urban development or military action.[10] Menuck is also known for integrating politics into song titles, lyrics, and album cover art for A Silver Mt. Zion. As such, references to anarchism and anti-war viewpoints are often expressed. (In an April 2014 interview with The Rumpus, Menuck identified as an anarchist.)

While Menuck sometimes utilizes religious imagery in the lyrics and albums of Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band, and described the recording sessions of He Has Left Us Alone but Shafts of Light Sometimes Grace the Corner of Our Rooms... a "Jewish experience",[7] he does not consider himself an adherent of the Jewish faith, quoted in one source as saying "I don't go to synagogue, I don't believe that there's a God in heaven, I don't believe in any of that stuff". With the title of Born into Trouble as the Sparks Fly Upward, the band references the Book of Job Ch. 5:7. Menuck has been an outspoken critic of the Israeli government; the liner notes for Yanqui U.X.O. criticize Ariel Sharon's 2000 visit to the Temple Mount.
Along with Howard Bilerman, Radwan Moumneh and Thierry Amar, Menuck owns and operates the Hotel2Tango, a loft space that acts as a practice area, recording studio, and one of the very few non-commercial venues in Montreal capable of accommodating live concerts. The studio was originally confined to the recordings of friends and the bands of the people who own it, but has of late opened its doors to a multitude of other bands.
In 2006, Menuck, with Sophie Trudeau and Thierry Amar, assisted in the recording of Carla Bozulich's first release for Constellation Records, Evangelista.
On August 5, 2009, Silver Mt. Zion violinist Jessica Moss gave birth to her and Menuck's baby. The couple took him on tour with Vic Chesnutt. Menuck's first official solo project was released via Constellation Records on May 24, 2011. The album is entitled Plays "High Gospel". His second solo album titled Pissing Stars was released on February 2nd, 2018. Pissing Stars was also released on Constellation Records.

Efrim Manuel Menuck (born November 4, 1970) is a Canadian musician involved with a number of Montreal-based bands, most notably Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra. Menuck is also a frequent record producer and engineer, working with musicians from Montreal and abroad.
Menuck was born in Montreal but grew up primarily in Toronto. He moved back to Montreal when he was in his early 20s. His father was a doctor and his mother was a nurse. He attended Hebrew day school from first to ninth grade. After dropping out of high school in 11th grade, Menuck was homeless and jobless and had a nervous breakdown at age 20. Menuck has mentioned that as a teenager he once lived in a flooded basement with two other lost kids and a litter of feral kittens, and that all were unfed. In 1994, Mauro Pezzente, Mike Moya, and Menuck founded Godspeed You! Black Emperor, an influential instrumental rock ensemble. Their first album, All Lights Fucked on the Hairy Amp Drooling, is the earliest recorded document of Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Self-released in December 1994, the cassette was dubbed only 33 times. It was not until the release of their official debut album, F♯ A♯ ∞, that they began receiving recognition for their work.
