公益財団法人（2010(平成22)年4月1日より）であり、日本放送協会（NHK）からの出向者が歴代の理事長を務めている。2016年4月26日現在の理事長は森茂雄。NHKから受信料を財源に14億円（2013(平成25)年度）の交付金（国内放送費に計上）を受け、楽団側は演奏の放送などで事業に協力している。その他に民間各社からも支援を受けている。この助成金は、旧放送法、9条2項1号（1988(昭和63)年改正前）「放送番組編集上必要な劇団、音楽団を維持し、養成し、又は助成すること」を根拠に支出されている。この考え方は、現放送法20条（業務）2項6号「前項の業務に附帯する業務を行うこと」に引き継がれている。
NHKは別途、東京放送管弦楽団など放送用専属オーケストラを主要放送局ごとに持っており、紅白歌合戦などの歌番組や娯楽番組でNHK交響楽団が演奏することはない。

ツキノ芸能プロダクション（ツキノげいのうプロダクション）とは、ムービックが発売するCDシリーズおよびその他メディアミックス作品において登場する架空の芸能事務所である。通称「ツキノプロ」、「ツキプロ」。
2012年にプロジェクトが開始された『ツキウタ。』シリーズにおいて登場する男女各12名のアイドル達が所属する芸能事務所であるが、後の派生グループも同様に所属しているという設定がとられている。社長は月野尊で、設定上の所在地は東京都板橋区弥生町（ムービックの現住所と同じ）。
特にSolidS、QUELL、SOARA、Growthなど『ツキウタ。』に登場するユニットより後に生まれたグループは「後続組」「後続ユニット」などと称される。

Bostridge was born in London, the son of Leslie Bostridge and Lillian (née Clark). His father was a chartered surveyor. Bostridge is the great-grandson of the Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper from the early twentieth century, John "Tiny" Joyce.

Cool Wise Man is considered to be one of the biggest instruments and ska bands in Japan with numerous appearances in Australia's biggest rock festival "BIG DAY OUT" and other international festivals.
Ken Boothe OD (born 22 March 1948) is a Jamaican vocalist known for his distinctive vibrato and timbre. Boothe achieved an international reputation as one of Jamaica's finest vocalists through a series of crossover hits that appealed to both reggae fans and mainstream audiences.
Boothe's first solo tracks were recorded in 1966 after Clement "Coxsone" Dodd had signed him to his Studio One Label. He also recorded material for Phil Pratt and Sonia Pottinger the same year. The following year, Boothe and Alton Ellis had a successful UK tour with the Studio One session group, the Soul Vendors. Boothe was promoted as "Mr. Rock Steady" by Dodd during this period.
Under a new direction from record producer Lloyd Charmers, Boothe released "Everything I Own" on Trojan Records, which reached Number One in the UK Singles Chart in 1974.
Boothe had one more hit in the UK Singles Chart during the 1970s, "Crying Over You", which made No. 11, with Trojan Records' collapse and a split with Charmers losing much of the momentum built up by his two hits.Boothe recorded a reggae version of the standard "When I Fall In Love" which was released in 1974 on the Studio One label.
In 1978, along with Dillinger, Leroy Smart, and Delroy Wilson, Boothe was referenced by lyricist Joe Strummer in the Clash's song, "(White Man) In Hammersmith Palais". Boothe reunited with Charmers in the late 1970s when a revived Trojan Records
COOL WISE MAN is a band formed in 1993, the performances with various roots music backbone, including Jamaican music, overwhelmed with originality SKA, and listening to the excitement of "This is music," everyone can not live without moving the body It gives us.

In 2009 album RUNDOWN was announced and the band renamed notation from COOL WISE MEN to COOL WISE MAN. In 2013 COOL WISE MAN, they won"Best Album of Two Frames".
They played at rock festivals like Monsters of Rock in 1988 in Germany. They were also the opening act for Queen in Sweden in 1986 and opened for W.A.S.P. during their first Swedish tour. They were signed to the labels Mercury and then Vertigo.
The band originally disbanded in 1993 due to failing to maintain success with new singer Mats Levén. On March 19, 2010 the band released their reunion album Coup de Grace which was a great success for the band and has led to them touring the world for the first time since the 1980s. The album received positive reviews from audiences.
Primal Fear's lyrical themes are often a very controversial issue. Although the main lyrical motives in Primal Fear's works are metal, science fiction, and fantasy, it is often thought to be metaphorical. The band's lyrical themes usually project images of science fiction, but also possibly refer to themes of religion, government among other issues.
Primal Fear had their highest success, and most chart entries with their 2012 release, Unbreakable. The album landed on 20 January 2012 with chart entries in Germany (No. 31), Sweden (No. 48), Finland (No. 50), Japan (No. 27), Austria (No. 74), Switzerland (No. 51) and the Netherlands (Top 200), and for the first time in the band's history, they showed up on the US Billboard Heatseekers chart, landing at No. 44.

The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra (Tōkyō Firuhāmonī Kōkyō Gakudan) is recognized as the oldest classical orchestra in Japan, having been founded in Nagoya in 1911. It moved to Tokyo in 1938 and has some 166 members as of 2005.
The orchestra plays frequently at Tokyo Opera City, in Shinjuku, Orchard Hall, part of the Bunkamura (文化村) shopping and entertainment complex in Shibuya, and Suntory Hall, in Akasaka, Tokyo.
In 2011, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra celebrated its 100th anniversary as Japan’s first symphony orchestra. With about 130 musicians, TPO performs both symphonies and operas regularly. TPO is proud to have appointed Maestro Myung-Whun Chung, who has been conducting TPO since 2001, as Honorary Music Director, Maestro Andrea Battistoni as Chief Conductor and Maestro Mikhail Pletnev as Special Guest Conductor.

五代 了平（ごだい りょうへい、1985年10月20日 - ）は、日本の俳優。フリー。愛知県みよし市出身。身長176cm。
3歳の頃に父の仕事でアメリカに移住し、5年間ロサンゼルスで生活する。 英語を日常会話レベルで話すことができる。
2009年3月に横浜国立大学経済学部国際経済学科を卒業。
大学生時代には民謡研究会合唱団というサークルに入り、和太鼓を主に練習していた。
大学在学中より芝居を始める。 初舞台は2008年、現在吉本新喜劇の座員である吉岡友見が当時旗揚げメンバーとして参加していた劇団・タムチックの旗揚げ公演「猫とお姉さんの恋のはなし」である。
趣味は映画鑑賞、舞台鑑賞、バスケ、ダーツ、テレビゲーム。
音楽に関しては、普通のボーカル入りの曲よりも、ボーカルの入っていないカラオケバージョンの方が好きである。 特に好きな曲は宇多田ヒカルのFINAL DISTANCEと桜流しである。
温泉ソムリエの資格を持っており温泉巡りが好きで、また、色々な入浴剤を試すのも好きである。
2015年3月まで「鈴木了平」という芸名で活動していた。
