Yaizaki Hikotaro ( born on February 7, 1947) is a conductor in Japan from Tokyo. He graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts - the Department of Music. Currently he is the lead conductor of the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra.

While studying abroad, she studied under Mikie Harimoto, Etsuko Tazaki, Hiroko Kurasawa. Afterwards, she studied at the Cologne Conservatory under Professor Pavel Gililov. She got the highest points in chamber music, solo diploma, and Konzerto · Exumen (national musician qualification acquisition course), graduating from the chief. Currently, she is a ROHM Music Foundation music overseas research student.
