Music festival
1763年に設立された。イタリアを代表する歌劇場の1つとして活動しており、近年はリッカルド・シャイー、ダニエレ・ガッティらが音楽監督を務めたが、現在音楽監督は空席である。オーケストラは1956年に組織が整えられ、シンフォニー・オーケストラとしての活動が活発化した。オーケストラの主な客演指揮者はセルジュ・チェリビダッケやエリアフ・インバル、ゾルターン・ペシュコーらがいる。
主なレコーディングは、シャイー指揮でヴィヴァルディ「四季」やヴェルディの歌劇「マクベス」「リゴレット」とプッチーニの歌劇「マノン・レスコー」などがある他、毎年参加しているペーザロ・ロッシーニ音楽祭におけるロッシーニの歌劇のライブ録音もある。
2008年2月より、ダニエレ・ガッティの後任として期待されるミケーレ・マリオッティが首席指揮者を務める。2011年9月には来日し、ベッリーニ『清教徒』、ヴェルディ『エルナーニ』、ビゼー『カルメン』を公演した。
2013年からは、京都市において「響の都」と題された公演をおこなっている。
2016年9月には奈良県平城京跡 第一次大極殿前特設ステージでオペラ「トゥーランドット」の公演が行われ、吉田裕史が指揮を執った。
2015年から2016年まで吉田裕史が首席客演指揮者を務めた 。
The Nagoya International Music Festival started in 1978.At CBC, we have been working on inviting overseas artists before that.Even now, there is the invitation of the Beatles in 1966 as a topic.
In classical music, starting with the invitation of the Swiss Romand Orchestra conducted in 1968, the Swiss Romand Orchestra in 1968, he invited the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the London Symphony Orchestra and other world-class orchestras one after the other, I have been performing performances. In 1975, CBC invited the Metropolitan Opera in New York and performed in Nagoya, Tokyo and Osaka. This performance was also the first time for the Metropolitan Opera, the overseas moving performances. The YNSO is unique in that it is the world's only orchestra that is affiliated primarily with a newspaper group. The Yomiuri* Shimbun newspaper group, which was launched in 1874, is the leading quality newspaper in Japan with the largest daily circulation in the world, as endorsed by Guinness World Records. NTV went on air on August 28, 1953, as Japan's first commercial television station and continues to be the country's leading broadcaster regularly attaining higher viewing rates. YTV, an NTV affiliate based in Osaka, is an influential television station in the Kansai region, western Japan.
公益財団法人読売日本交響楽団（よみうりにっぽんこうきょうがくだん、英語: Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo ）は、日本のオーケストラ。新聞社が母体となるオーケストラは、世界でもこの楽団だけである。日本オーケストラ連盟正会員。愛称は「読響（よみきょう）」。
1962年4月に、読売新聞社（現：読売新聞東京本社）、日本テレビ放送網、讀賣テレビ放送の3社が母体となって設立されたオーケストラである。同年9月に最初の公演を開催した。1967年には、アメリカの指揮者アーサー・フィードラー指揮による初の海外公演（アメリカ・カナダ）を挙行した。1968年にはペンデレツキの「ルカ受難曲」日本初演で、日本のオーケストラでは初めて「芸術祭大賞」を得た。1979年から1995年にかけてはゲンナジー・ロジェストヴェンスキーによるショスタコーヴィチの交響曲全曲演奏を、世界で初めて同一オーケストラ、同一都市で実施した。1982年、1987年、1992年にはそれぞれ三善晃、武満徹、西村朗に作品を委嘱し、世界初演を行った。2001年からは常任指揮者ゲルト・アルブレヒトの発案により「日本人若手作曲家委嘱シリーズ」を開始、望月京ら若手作曲家の委嘱作品を年に1曲のペースで初演した。アルブレヒトの退任後はこのシリーズは終了したが、新作の委嘱・初演は正指揮者であった下野竜也時代にも活発に続いていた。また2002年にはワーグナーの「パルジファル」を日本では久しぶりに舞台上演。2003年には三島由紀夫の原作に基づくハンス・ヴェルナー・ヘンツェのオペラ「午後の曳航」の世界初演も行った。
かつてはウィーン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団やベルリン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団（いずれも当時）と同様に、団員を男性に限定していた。これは、音楽大学卒業者の女性比率が高い日本では異色であったが、現在は女性にも門戸を開いている。
東響コーラス（とうきょうコーラス）は、日本のアマチュア合唱団。「東京交響楽団と一体の演奏をし、より質の高い合唱付きオーケストラ曲のコンサートを提供する」ことを目的としている。
合唱や声楽の付いた作品を演奏するために、専属の合唱団の必要性を感じていた当時の楽団長金山茂人が1987年9月11日に創設した。 秋山和慶の提言を受け、入団の際のオーディション、さらには公演の度ごとに出演者を決めるオーディションが行われる。東京交響楽団の定期公演や、年末の第九演奏会、依頼演奏会などで演奏をしている。
団員はほとんどの演奏会で暗譜で演奏する。また公演曲ごとに、その言語を得意とする合唱指導者が指導を行うシステムとなっている。
2011年12月に『猛烈宇宙交響曲・第七楽章「無限の愛」』また2014年3月には『Neo STARGATE』などでももいろクローバーZのライブにコーラスとして参加した。

Parnell Velko "P. J." Jones (born April 23, 1969) is an American professional racing driver. He has contested in multiple disciplines, including NASCAR, IndyCar, IMSA GT Championship, the American Le Mans Series, USAC, the Chili Bowl, and the Stadium Super Trucks.
Jones was runner-up at the GTP class of the IMSA GT Championship in 1993 and fourth in 1992. He also finished fourth at the 2002 NASCAR Winston Cup Series race at Watkins Glen, and second at the 1999 CART race at Nazareth. His father is Indianapolis 500 winner Parnelli Jones and his brother Page Jones is a former racing driver.
Jones' preliminary efforts in racing were, in a fashion not atypical for young drivers, focused on go-karting. Upon graduation from his introductory-level competitions, Jones began to enter the oval races at Ascot Park, much as his father did decades prior. Accumulating experience and accolades, Jones would progress vertically to United States Auto Club-sanctioned events. From numerous choices within the USAC governing body's expansive portfolio of open-wheel divisions, Jones opted to participate in the West Coast Midget category. 1986's racing season saw Jones earn the rookie of the year title in that class as the then-young driver began a quest to surpass his father in auto racing accomplishments; he had, by virtue of being a high school junior, already overtaken Parnelli in academic achievement.
As Jones continued to craft a reputation as the future of motorsport in USAC, he began to dabble in IMSA GT, foreshadowing the dawn of his career's peak, which would take place, at least in part, in the GTP classification within the series. At this stage, Jones was participating in the GTO and GTU classes with Clayton-Cunningham Racing and their stable of Mazda RX-7 vehicles. A partial season in both GTO and GTU left Jones just fourteenth and twenty-seventh in the respective standings. Low rankings, however, would not overshadow Jones' ability in the rotary-engined racing car; instead, 1988 was highlighted by a podium finish in one of the GTU races.
愛はズボーン（あいはズボーン）は、日本の4人組ロックバンド。
2011年7月結成。
バンド名は「日本人にしか付ける事の出来ない名前」をテーマに命名。語感は英語「I was born」。
大阪アメリカ村を拠点に、ド派手なライブパフォーマンス、まだ誰も聴いたことの無い未来からやってきたような音楽を武器に活動。
Africa is the world's second largest and second most-populous continent (behind Asia in both categories). At about 30.3 million km2 (11.7 million square miles) including adjacent islands, it covers 6% of Earth's total surface area and 20% of its land area. With 1.2 billion people as of 2016, it accounts for about 16% of the world's human population. The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the Isthmus of Suez and the Red Sea to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. The continent includes Madagascar and various archipelagos. Africa's average population is the youngest amongst all the continents; the median age in 2012 was 19.7, when the worldwide median age was 30.4. Algeria is Africa's largest country by area, and Nigeria is its largest by population. Africa, particularly central Eastern Africa, is widely accepted as the place of origin of humans and the Hominidae clade (great apes), as evidenced by the discovery of the earliest hominids and their ancestors as well as later ones that have been dated to around 7 million years ago, including Sahelanthropus tchadensis, Australopithecus africanus, A. afarensis, Homo erectus, H. habilis and H. ergaster—the earliest Homo sapiens (modern human), found in Ethiopia, date to circa 200,000 years ago. Africa straddles the equator and encompasses numerous climate areas; it is the only continent to stretch from the northern temperate to southern temperate zones.
Africa hosts a large diversity of ethnicities, cultures and languages. In the late 19th century, European countries colonised almost all of Africa; most present states in Africa originated from a process of decolonisation in the 20th century. African nations cooperate through the establishment of the African Union, which is headquartered in Addis Ababa.
1967年に若手指揮者のためのグィード・カンテッリ賞を受賞。1972年からフィルハーモニア管弦楽団を定期的に指揮し、オットー・クレンペラー以来の首席指揮者に任命される。1980年から1992年までフィラデルフィア管弦楽団の音楽監督に就任し、しばしば同楽団を率いて世界的な演奏旅行を行った。フィラデルフィア管と制作したレスピーギ作品やロシア作品（ストラヴィンスキー、チャイコフスキー、スクリャービン）、ブラームスの交響曲の録音は、現在でも評価が高い 。
1986年から2005年までミラノ・スカラ座の芸術監督を務める。1987年にミラノ・スカラ座管弦楽団の首席指揮者に任命され、1988年には同楽団とともにヴィオッティ・ドーロ賞（Viotti d'Oro）を獲得。同楽団を率いてイタリア国内から欧州各地まで演奏活動を続けた。スカラ座辞任後は特定の監督ポストには就任せず、客演指揮者として活躍。
2010年5月、シカゴ交響楽団音楽監督に就任。
ベルリン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団やウィーン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団にも定期的に客演している。1971年以来ザルツブルク音楽祭にも定期的に参加し、オペラや演奏会を指揮しているが、とりわけ同地ではモーツァルトの歌劇の指揮で有名である。スカラ座のほかにも、フィラデルフィアやロンドン、ミュンヘン、ウィーン、ラヴェンナ音楽祭などでオペラ公演を指揮してきた。
交友は大物が並ぶ。小澤征爾、ダニエル・バレンボイム、ズービン・メータ、マウリツィオ・ポリーニ、バルバラ・フリットリ、レナート・ブルゾン等。またカルロス・クライバーの数少ない親友でもあった。
シカゴ交響楽団（シカゴこうきょうがくだん 英語: The Chicago Symphony Orchestra 略称：CSO ）は、アメリカ合衆国イリノイ州シカゴを本拠地とするオーケストラ。
「アメリカ5大オーケストラ ("Big Five ")」の1つとされ、アメリカばかりでなく世界最高のオーケストラの1つとされる。
舞台は100年ほど昔の長崎。
元士族の娘で今は芸者に身をやつしている蝶々さんはアメリカ海軍士官ピンカートンと結婚することになる。しかし、つかの間の気紛れのつもりのピンカートンはアメリカへ帰ってしまう。いつの日か戻ってくるという言葉を信じて待ち続ける蝶々さん。
3年後、ピンカートンは日本に戻ってくるがアメリカで別の女性と結婚しており、帰りを待ちわびていた蝶々さんの思いを知って深い後悔の念に駆られ去ってゆく。

Bostridge was born in London, the son of Leslie Bostridge and Lillian (née Clark). His father was a chartered surveyor. Bostridge is the great-grandson of the Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper from the early twentieth century, John "Tiny" Joyce.
He was a Queen's scholar at Westminster School. He attended St John's College, Oxford, where he secured a First in modern history and St John's College, Cambridge, where he received an M.Phil in the history and philosophy of science. He was awarded his D.Phil from Oxford in 1990, on the significance of witchcraft in English public life from 1650 to 1750, supervised by Keith Thomas.
He worked in television current affairs and documentaries for two years in London before becoming a British Academy post-doctoral fellow at Corpus Christi College, Oxford, teaching political theory and eighteenth-century British history. He became a full-time singer in 1995, aged 30.
