End These Days is a metalcore and hardcore band from Busan, South Korea that was founded in 2013. They are currently associated with Watch Out! Records.
End These Days was formed in the summer of 2013 by four South Koreans and one Australian national. The band is based in Busan and made their debut playing in local events. In order to promote the South Korean metal scene, End These Days founded the Beyond the Ocean Tour in 2014, a yearly concert showcasing South Korean metalcore and hardcore bands. Since the band's guitarist Mitch is from Australia, the yearly tour also serves as an annual celebration for the band. After the 2015 show, End These Days released their demo 10,000 Miles Beyond the Ocean for free distribution over the internet.
End These Days started gaining popularity in 2015 and participated in the Busan Rock Festival, one of South Korea's largest rock musical festivals. The band made their international debut when they were invited to perform at the School of Mosh music festival in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2016 alongside other prominent Asian bands such as King Ly Chee. Since then, End These Days has also occasionally held shows in Japan in addition to their regular shows in the major South Korea cities: Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, and Gwangju.
After years of only releasing singles and EPs, End These Days released their first album, Ambivalence, in 2017. The album features two tracks with guest vocals from prominent bands. The first single in the album, Solace, includes guest vocals from Ryo of Crystal Lake, a popular Japanese metalcore band, and the song Misty features Ki Seok Seo from The Geeks, one of Korea's first hardcore punk bands. In February 2018 the album was nominated for the Best Metal and Hardcore Album for the 15th Korean Music Awards.
SAND was formed in 1999, originally without any specific goals, just for hanging out with friends and jamming songs. In 2003, the band released their 1st album “24-7″. Since then the band has passed through a couple of member changes and solidified its lineup.
In June 2004, with Tokyo’s Numb and Nagoya’s Calusari, they released a split cd titled “quoutlaw”, and then embarked on nationwide touring.
In March 10th 2007, their 2nd album titled “Nuthin’ But A Bitter Mouth” was released. After the release they played 32 record release shows all over the nation. They got a lot of positive feedback on the tour, which caused them to get offered to play more shows than they did in 2007. The album caught the attention of the overseas hardcore community as it reached top sales for German label/record shop Filled With Hate Records for 3 weeks.In December 2007, the band went to play a fest in Korea for the 3rd time.
In June 2008, they embarked on Canada & Brooklyn NY tour with Edge Of Spirit. In August 2008, they invited Merauder from U.S. to Japan and embarked on Japan tour together. They presented a fest in Osaka titled “Freestyle Outro’5” .
In August 2009, they invited Madball and did a Japan tour. As the last date on the tour, they presented “Freestyle Outro’6” with over 3,100 attendees.
In May 2010, they were offered to play New York’s hardcore festival Black N Blue Bowl (formerly known as Superbowl Of Hardcore), went on a US mini-tour including dates in PA and MD, that resulted in selling out all the merchandise they brought. In August 2010, they organized the Skarhead Japan Tour as well as the tour’s last show “Freestyle Outro’7” .
In 2012, organized worldwide hardcore benefit compilation “Unite For Relief” with Next Step Up’s JR,SAND provided a new song for it. In the summer, the band went back to the States again with Numb including a date at Summer Of Hate Festival 2012. Right after that, they and Numb organized a Nasty/Warhound Japan Tour including their own show “P.D.F. Summer Bash” (SOLD OUT).
SAND is participated 2015’s THIS IS HARDCORE music festival held on America’s East Coast in July. Together with that, they toured the East Coast. SAND then invited UK hardcore band DESOLATED to Japan for a tour in September 2015. The last show of the tour will took place in Osaka at P.D.F SUMMER BASH, which SAND organized and played at.
SCARFACE is a rock band in Tokyo consisting of 4 people: CINO(Vo), KENTA(Ba), SHINSUKE(Gt), SEKINO(Dr).
BLINDSIDE is a HARDCORE band from Kashiwa city Chiba Japan. The band consists of Vo-TKC, Gt-YASS, Gt-NAOKI, Ba-COLE and DR-KAZUKI. They signed to MILITIA INC.
In 2015, Vocalist Takuya, and his brother Guitarist Rikuto formed a new band "Sable Hills" to start a new wind in the Japanese loud metalcore scene. In recent years, they co-hosted tour with abstracts. "THE NEW REALITY TOUR" sold out both in Tokyo and Osaka, and they appeared at Crystal Lake pre. True North Festival in October 2017. They describe themselves as metalcore, but they are exploring the sound that incorporates modernity based on the primitive metal core closer to Metal Melodies. The band are influenced by As I Lay Dying and Unearth of the big stars.

Formed in 2012, CASTAWAY self-released the original sound source "The Way EP" in April 2014 and "On The Railroad" EP in December of the same year. These two works were a live venue and some specialty stores Sales only over 2000 pieces sold only. The sense of spirit and warmth, anchemic melody, emotional guitar, powerful vocal stabbed in the chest and chorus filled with heat are not only domestic and international melodic / pop punk, but while feeling the influence from emo and hardcore, Japan Attract attention with an aggressive sound that also has the deep depth of the band.
When the band released the first nationwide distribution work "March on March 2016", they went through a nationwide tour over half a year and the tour finals at the Hatsudai WALL in October of the same year ended with a sold out and about 200 Mobilize people. In March 2017, they released a single song "Over And Over Again" with three songs, and again tours nationwide. Until now, the band has become a top class amongst the overseas support such as CHUNK! NO, CAPTAIN CHUNK !, AS IT IS, BASEMENT, COUNTERPARTS, REAL FRIENDS, THE MENZINGERS, THE STORY SO FAR, STATE CHAMPS, NECK DEEP, SEAWAY, TURNOVER.
In addition to being involved in overseas band Japan tour, Castaway has also co-sponsored with domestic forces such as COUNTRY YARD, CRYSTAL LAKE, SHADOWS, MEANING, SURVIVE SAID THE PROPHET, LOYAL TO THE GRAVE. In January 2018 They performed a Japan tour with America's pop punk band, KNUCKLE PUCK, and in the same spring they planned to release a new work from ICE GRILL $.
『PALM』(パーム)は獸木野生による日本の漫画作品。主に『ウィングス』(新書館)にて連載。
ペンネームに関しては、連載開始時には「伸たまき」名義を使用していたが、2000年以降は「獸木野生」名義を使用している。
作者の代表作でありライフワークともいえる作品。全10話(予告編も含めると11のエピソード)からなる大長編漫画として製作されており、シリーズ全体の構想は出来あがっているとの事。
1983年に開始されて以来、ストーリーの進行にしたがって各エピソードが次第に長期化している。特に第7話「愛でなく」については、完結に10年(単行本12冊)を費やしており、物語全体の完結時期は不明。ただし作者は「2010年代でシリーズが完結する予定」と自身のHPで発表している。
2012年の状況では、雑誌『ウィングス』2012年2月号(2011年12月28日発売)に第9話の最終回が掲載され、2012年3月発売の第35巻『蜘蛛の紋様 6』で第9話が完結。2013年4月発売の6月号において、最終章「TASK」が掲載開始された。
初版の単行本においては、同一作品のシリーズでありながら、二種類の作者名義が混在する。
新書版では、第1巻『お豆の半分』から第25巻『愛でなく 11』までは「伸たまき」名義、第26巻『愛でなく 12』より「獸木野生」名義となっている。 文庫版では、第1巻『お豆の半分』から第9巻『オールスター・プロジェクト 3』までは「伸たまき」名義、第10巻『愛でなく 1』より「獸木野生」名義となっている。
